The current housing market has boxed out many first-time buyers. Single family houses are still expensive and rates have not come down yet, so what’s a young person to do?
Zillow has a great article on single-family home alternatives and although some of the options listed are like “duh”, some are really outside the box and worth a second look. As a designer I think it is a huge opportunity to play with design!
